Kiʔsuʔk kyukyit! Hello!
I’m Graham (they/them), a teacher candidate studying in ɁamakɁis Ktunaxa. I am in year 3 of the East Kootenay Teacher Education Program, working towards my Bachelor of Education (Elementary). I love to bike, hike, camp, and garden on this beautiful land that I am so lucky to call home. When I’m not outdoors, you’ll find me perusing thrift stores for treasures, reading, and making art.
My biggest goal as a (future) teacher is to ensure that every student feels not only included, but truly celebrated and respected in the classroom. Another goal of mine is to dress like Ms. Frizzle from time to time, and to have a great class pet… perhaps a lizard?
